Abs333 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the abs333 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the abs333 platform through our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and abs333 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The abs333 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. abs333 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account if verification cannot be provided.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the abs333 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, identification card number, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
- Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the abs333 support team immediately at [email protected].
- Abs333 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's own negligence.
Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include a valid copy of your Malaysian identification card or passport.
3. User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
Users of the abs333 platform agree to comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
- Engaging in fraud, hacking, or any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
- Colluding with other users to unlawfully manipulate betting or game outcomes.
- Using your abs333 account for illicit fund transfers or money laundering activities.
- Registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity in any transaction.
Abs333 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice in serious cases.
Suspended and Closed Account Policy
Abs333 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or upon request by the relevant authorities. If an account is closed due to a breach, abs333 reserves the right to withhold the account balance associated with suspicious activity while an investigation is carried out.
4. Payment Information and Transactions
All transactions on the abs333 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). abs333 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and will not be responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be imposed by your bank or third-party payment providers.
Deposit Methods
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX internet banking, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and Boost. Deposits are typically credited to your account within the timeframe set by the respective payment provider.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and can be reviewed in the account settings section.
- Abs333 reserves the right to request additional documents before processing high-value withdrawals for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take between one and three business days.
Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. abs333 will not consider claims filed after this period.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The abs333 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the service running without interruption, abs333 makes no guarantee that the platform will be entirely free of technical errors, downtime, or fully available at all times. abs333 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from service disruptions beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the abs333 platform — including text, images, logos, interface design, and software — is the exclusive property of abs333 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from abs333.
Third-Party Links
The abs333 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. abs333 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third party separately.
6. Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
Abs333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page with an updated effective date.
It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure you remain up to date with the latest version of these terms. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified only to the extent necessary, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
